Akumal's dive sites are perfect for seasonal divers (those who dive once or twice a year) and new divers. Its deep sites like Tzimin-Ha in 24mts are as beautiful as the virgin reefs of Xcalak. No strong currents and dive sites only 7 minutes from shore, make this a GREAT dive destination. If you want to relax and spend time with your family since lots of activites are close by. And the snorkeling is the BEST of the entire area!
