A series of three separate reefs running parallel to shore approximately 200 yards out. This is one of the few reef areas accessible to beach divers. All three sections have abundant marine life including octopi and the reclusive Splendid Toad Fish which lives only in Cozumel waters. Most popular spot for night dives.

I had a good boat trip yesterday here, I saw a lot of french and blueangelfish, butterflyfish, squirrelfish, one yellow stingray and one splendid toadfisch endemic of Cozumel. Good visibility. Current moderate.

Paraiso is a large reef system in three sections: with scattered coral at 5 meter, 13 meter and at 18 meter. At 18 meter deep abundant coral and sponges can be found in the reefs before they slope down into the abyss. This dive site is so extensive that several dives are necessary to cover the whole system.
